Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.

Please note, if you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel with less than 6 hours’ notice, we won’t be able to allocate your appointment slot to clients on our waitlist, and you’ll be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Cancellation Fee

  • 50% Fee for same day cancellations (6 hours notice)

  • 100% fee for failure to attend an appointment with less than 6 hours notice

Patients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘no show’ and therefore will incur the full cost of the consultation.

If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and due in 7 days, otherwise pay via phone.

If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will not be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.

Late Policy

If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full duration of your appointment, however full payment is required.

The cancellation & no show fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full, on or before their next patient visit.
